# LessonMesh

> Workforce enablement, training and certification — skills data and ontologies, credentials and licensure, capability measurement, and the systems organisations use to claim their people can do things.

The organising claim is ontological: **skills, jobs, credentials, titles and legal authorization are
related but distinct objects**, and capability is the durable one — the rest are institutional wrappers
that do not travel.

**Licensure and credential rules are jurisdiction- and regulator-specific.** What a credential
authorises in one jurisdiction it may not authorise in another, and this site names which.
